8 hours round trip. Available March to October. Over the Spring Mountains and just across the California State line lies one of America's most unlikely natural wonders and attractions. At 282 feet below sea level Death Valley National Park is the lowest and hottest place in North America. In 1934 Furnace Creek set the record for the highest temperature in the western hemisphere 134°F (56.7°C).
With average daily temperatures exceeding 100°F (38 °C) beginning in the month of May and continuing through September this ride is not for the faint of heart.
One might think the Death Valley Road would be rather straight and uneventful... Nothing could be further from the truth. The DVR snakes and rolls skirting it's way along the eastern edge of the valley offering non stop panoramic views of the outlaying valley and surrounding mountains.

At over 350 miles round trip the Death Valley tour is a face in the wind throttle twisting run through the open desert across state lines and over three mountain passes.
